The Pretzel Poem Project will be performing at FOUR Brisbane City Council Libraries over the first week of the Easter Holidays! There'll be stories, songs and more to entertain little people. We'd love to see you there. Dates below, and entry is free.

Bridge FM 99.7 Radio in Redcliffe was interested too!

After having been at ABC Radio Sunshine Coast end of October another radio station invited us to come around to talk about the Pretzel Poem Project. So coming from Maleny Music Festival, where we had two performances, we followed the invitation of Bridge FM 99.7 in Redcliffe (https://997fm.com.au/).

Unfortunately Meryn Cooper (the poet) wasn't able to join this interview so Frank Frikker (the pretzel) had to spread the news about there first ever book & album project alone. Radio show hosts John and Suzie did a perfect job to make Frank feel comfortable and to inform their audience about this new music adventure.

Besides talking about how this 2-year-in-the-making-project came to be a few songs from the album were played as well. Their favorite songs were "Douglas Daintree" (the vegetarian crocodile) and "Mac and Cheese" with a kids choir here making all the difference.

Again we made the experience that wherever we introduce our songs people (kids, parents, grandparents) have good fun.

Wish us luck and maybe even help us to let many more people know about this and check out the songs.

Maleny Music Festival - our first big experience -our first festival.

MMF24 happened last weekend and was a great festival. We had been invited to do two shows within the kids program.

As guests we had two musicians from the band Wolf's Tales supporting us for 3 songs. Then Liam Booth, a young trumpet player, come on for one song (Sticky Feet). Finally a small children choir made sure that 3 of our songs were heard loud and clear...😉

What a great experience for us and a perfect opportunity to market our (song) book and brand new album. Let's see where this journey takes us next.

We made our first sales on Bandcamp! Not even 2 weeks since we published our first album. How good is that? Download of the album is $7 only. Let's spread the news. It is fun for the whole family.

After months of recording with wonderful musicians we finalized our first album. Publishing was schedule for Nov.1st 2024 and it there should be on all the usual music platforms, e.g. spotify, Itune, soundcloud, bandcamp, youtube, amazon music etc.
