You’ve probably heard the saying necessity is the mother of invention. Well, I’m not sure it was necessary, but trialing making a pavlova in an air fryer was definitely a happy discovery! I made a pavlova the regular way last week, and it’s not ideal on hot days to have your oven pumping out the heat for hours while it cooks & cools. So the next day I thought I’m just gonna see if I can make it work with an air fryer - & it did!!!
This recipe made 10 mini pavlova.
I cooked 4 at a time, allowing them to cool down for about 10-15 mins inside the air fryer. I can’t wait to see all your air fryer pavs! I’d love for you to tag me when you give it a try!!
