Every photo, Reel, Story, caption and comment is shaping how people perceive your business.
The reality is most businesses aren’t spending thousands on billboards, newspaper ads or radio spots anymore. Social media has become the place where people discover you, decide if they trust you and work out whether you’re worth contacting.
If your content is inconsistent, confusing or non existent, that’s part of your marketing too.
