Waroona Basketball Association celebrated its 70th anniversary in style on Saturday with a jam packed day of hoops and a chance to reflect on the club’s history.

Grand finals from under-12s to senior men’s and women’s played alongside the anniversary with close match-ups and high skill levels in all divisions.

Association president Angelina Dimasi was thrilled with the turnout, saying it was a “full circle moment” for a lot of people.
