In 2017, he returned to Australia and founded You Belong, an international social impact organisation with headquarters in Australia & the United States. He currently serves as Board Chair and CEO, guiding You Belong’s mission to lead the way in welcoming and empowering refugee Waymakers to belong and thrive within every community they serve. Tim also understands the crucial role that business plays in bringing about the positive change we need to create in our world. His cross-cultural upbringing and passion for travel, and his belief in the power of social enterprise, lead him to launch his own social impact business — Just Travel. As a purpose-driven company, Just Travel curates culturally immersive trips for groups and volunteers. Travellers embark on a journey of adventure and authentic local experiences. Through Just Travel, Tim hopes to share the profound experience of “good, life-changing travel” with the world — the kind that has transformed his own life and family.
