My attempts on growing Venus Flytraps from seed haven't been the best, they germinate and then seem to drop off pretty quickly, which i do think may be due to mites or also germinating outdoors and them going through their first dormancy and not bouncing back afterwards. Either way this one has come along pretty nice, its an open pollination which i cannot remember which plant the seed came off

Have been waiting 3 years for this to flower. This one is Amorphophallus konjac, I bought a small tuber 3 years ago and now its finally matured to be able to send up its unusual/stinky and quite honestly ugly flower. Meme at the end pretty much sums up how i feel about it though ๐Ÿ˜…

Cephalotus propagating today ๐Ÿ‘Œ I needed to sort some pots out that had some very weedy rushes growing in them and getting those out with their huge root systems (photo 4) wasnt going to be easy, especially with the delicate roots of the Cephalotus, so i pulled all these apart and propagated instead. I use every part of the Cephs but always find their propagated rhizomes always work the best. Last 3 photos are of a pot I did last year, which was only rhizome cuttings. Fingers crossed we have lots of success and start having these guys available down the track ๐Ÿคž
