But in the process, I’ve found confidence, clarity, and a deeper belief in myself.

The income will come, but the personal growth I’ve gained along the way is already worth every minute ✨

This business has stretched me in ways I never expected.
It’s challenged my mindset.
It’s forced me to believe in myself when it would’ve been easier to doubt.
It’s helped me grow, not just financially, but emotionally and personally too.

There were moments I wanted to quit.
Moments I questioned if I was “good enough.”
Moments I felt uncomfortable, overwhelmed, and completely out of my depth.

But growth doesn’t happen in comfort.
And staying where I was felt scarier than trying something new.

What I didn’t realise when I started is that this business would give me back parts of myself I thought I’d lost... Confidence, hope, belief, and a sense of purpose beyond just surviving the days.

I said yes for my family.
But I kept going for me.

And now, looking back, I’m so deeply grateful I didn’t talk myself out of it.
Grateful I chose courage over comfort.
Grateful I trusted myself enough to begin.

I didn’t say yes straight away.
And if I’m being honest… I almost talked myself out of it completely.

I told myself it wasn’t the right time.
That I should just be grateful for what I had.
That wanting more time, more freedom, and a different way of living was asking for too much.

But deep down, I was exhausted.

Exhausted from constantly doing everything for everyone else.
From worrying about money while still feeling stuck.
From feeling stretched thin and quietly craving something more.

What held me back wasn’t a lack of opportunity.
It was fear.

Fear of failing.
Fear of judgement.
Fear of trying again and being disappointed.

But one day I realised something really important…
Staying where I was felt heavier than the fear of saying yes.

So I did.
Not because I had it all figured out.
Not because I felt confident or ready.
But because I was done ignoring that quiet voice telling me there had to be another way.

That yes didn’t change everything overnight.
But it gave me hope.
It gave me options.
And most importantly, it gave me the feeling that I was finally choosing myself and my family.

I wasn’t looking for a business.
I wasn’t searching for an opportunity.
And I definitely wasn’t sitting there thinking, “I need to start something online.”

I was just tired.

Tired in a way that sleep didn’t fix.
Tired of always thinking about money.
Tired of the pressure of having to keep going, even when my body and heart were asking for rest.

I love being a mum deeply.
But somewhere along the way, I started to lose myself inside the routine, the responsibility, and the quiet worry about the future.

I didn’t want more on my plate.

I just wanted life to feel a little lighter… and to know there were options.

What came into my life wasn’t something I went searching for.
It gently found me at a time when I was finally honest about how burnt out I really was.

I remember lying in bed at night, completely exhausted…
but unable to sleep.

My body was tired,
but my mind wouldn’t switch off.

The morning alarm played over and over in my head.
Packing the same bags.
Rushing the same mornings.
Living the same day again… and again… and again.

The anxiety felt crippling.
A tight chest.
A lump in my throat.
That quiet panic that only shows up when the house is finally still.

Not because I hated my life
but because I knew, deep down, this wasn’t how it was meant to feel, i wanted more. More for me & more for my family...

I loved my child.
I was grateful.
But I was also drowning.

I didn’t need a holiday.
I didn’t need to “push through”.
I didn’t need to be more resilient.

I needed a change.

And the moment I finally admitted that to myself…
everything slowly began to shift.

I was that burnt-out mum.
Always tired, always thinking about money, always feeling like I was being pulled in too many directions.

I loved my daughter more than anything, but the thought of going back to work and missing her grow up just didn’t sit right with me.

I didn’t want more stress.
I didn’t want to be exhausted forever.
I just wanted more time, more freedom, and a way to still be present for her.

So I started looking for another way… even when I didn’t fully believe it was possible

I didn’t have energy or confidence.

I want to explain Enagic in a way that feels grounded, because there’s already enough noise online.
