Last week, we kicked off our 2025 Marketing Planning Bootcamp, and what a group we have this year!
We have participants from 4 countries, from experienced CEOs with 30+ years in the sector to those just starting their journey in membership marketing. From associations with elaborate tech stacks to those taking their first steps in digital transformation.
We have associations representing podiatrists and investment advisors, early childhood educators and strata managers, healthcare and research professionals. Some managing 80 members, others with 20,000+.
Despite our different backgrounds, we're all facing similar challenges: limited resources, small teams wearing multiple hats, finding time for planning (not just reacting), creating meaningful member engagement, and navigating digital tools. One person said they're here because they want accountability, another said they're drowning in last-minute event requests, a few are building their first-ever marketing strategy.
