Malcolm and I got through a fun project yesterday.
He helped me fix the scratching brushes to the fence for the sheep and goats.

Soda wanted to help. He is such a kind soul.

We showed the goats what to do. After a few nibbles on the brush bristles, they got the gist of it.

Thanks Dee & Malcolm from Inclusive Co. Bloom With Us

Girls Who Bloom with the Moon 🌙🌸

What if getting your first period was something to celebrate?
This is something very close to my heart—and something I’ve been quietly creating behind the scenes at Cedar Creek Farm.

The King Protea represents creativity, courage, illumination, I am here, and criticism.

I feel the energy of this flower run through my body. It was one of the first "natives" I planted.

How does the energy of the King Protea show up in your life?

As the sun rises, we get to work on the farm.

Our days are full of sowing seeds, feeding the lamb and pats with the donkeys and goats.

We love seeing the animals so happy when they get all the pats from our guests.

When was the last time you gave yourself a moment to slow down?

You are always on the go
Always busy
Have somewhere to be
Don't make time for you

What if you could take 1 hour just for you?

How would that make you fee?l After coming to the farm to just simply be. No rushing.

You get to spend a whole hour wandering the flower fields and picking beautiful blooms.
