We are two local Redcliffe mums, Catherine and Sarah. Catherine from CoFlow Creative is an editor and ghostwriter who has co-authoring and editing multiple #1 Best Selling non-fiction books. Sarah from Sage and Sol is a supremely talented artist, designer and children’s book illustrator.

After meeting at a local playgroup we decided to collaborate on a series of journals and notebooks. Each book concept has been thoughtfully curated with hand-drawn illustrations. The intention of our designs is to gift you with beautiful spaces to express and connect to yourself, your creativity and your children.

A CoFlow X Sage and Sol Collaboration

Oh, hello there!
We are Catherine and Sarah, two creative mamas from Queensland who met at a local playgroup earlier this year. At 32 weeks pregnant, Catherine had the fantastic idea to collaborate on a series of journals and notebooks. Sarah said Yes! And here we are, just a few weeks later, launching our first books! (with many more on the way).

Every journal concept has been thoughtfully composed and curated with hand-drawn illustrations. The intention of our designs is to gift you with beautiful spaces to express and connect to yourself, your creativity and your children.
