It's the end of a chapter! After 7 years, Kix is hanging up her headphones with the final show tomorrow night. Tune in from 10pm for the celebration!

This November we’ll see a change to the PBS program roster.

Sadly after seven years broadcasting at PBS, Kix announced on Friday night that it’s time to hang up the headphones and wind up her long-running show Afro Turn Up. Kix has been a key part of our Friday night line-up and has brought something quite unique to our radio station and to Melbourne radio more broadly. Kix will be moving on to explore new creative and professional opportunities and we all look forward to seeing and hearing what comes next. You may not know that Kix is an award-winning podcast creator at Private Affairs Podcast!

Kix will present her final show tomorrow night, Friday November 1. We’ll get to hear some of her favourites – the tracks and artists that have inspired and entertained us all over so many late Friday nights. We’ll all miss Kix very much and feel very fortunate that she’s been able to dedicate so much time, passion and energy to PBS.

In coming weeks we’ll announce the show that’s moving into Friday nights at 10pm but for the moment PBS would encourage all listeners to tune in, send a text, and enjoy the last episode of Afro Turn Up.
