The cyclone has now been upgraded to a Cat 3 😳we have decided to head a bit further south to Pine Creek . I think it was a good move .

Somewhere along the Gibb River Road sits Queen Victoria Head — a rocky profile that looks surprisingly like the Queen if you catch it at the right angle. I did film it as we drove past, but it’s still one of those “can you see it?” moments where you’ve got to use a bit of imagination. Let me know if you can spot the royal nose and chin… or if I’m just seeing faces in rocks . 😅👑 😂😳

🚙 695km of Dirt, Dust and the Gibb!
We’ve left McGowans and are making the long trip back towards Derby — 695 kilometres of pure outback grit.
A beautiful free camp, a few caravan repairs, and then… well, things didn’t quite go to plan the next day 😅

That’s life on the road — red dirt, big miles, and plenty of surprises along the way!
