Ah yes. ADHD advice from people who have never experienced ADHD.

“Just do it.”

“Make a list.”

“Use a planner.”

“You did it yesterday, so just do it again.”

“If you really cared, you'd do it.”

Groundbreaking stuff, honestly. Why didn't we think of that?

Thank god you were here to explain the concept of doing things to me. I had absolutely no idea.

Meanwhile, I'm fully aware of:

what needs to be done
how it needs to be done
when it needs to be done
why it needs to be done
what happens if I don't do it

And yet my brain has apparently submitted a formal application to simply fu***ng not.

Because that's the part people don't seem to understand:

Knowing ≠ doing.

Executive dysfunction isn't sitting around thinking, “Hmm, perhaps I simply won't.”

Sometimes it's sitting there desperately wanting to do the thing while your brain refuses to hand you the keys.

So please, by all means…

Tell me to make a list one more time, i assure you i have enough planners to open a stationary store.

I'm sure this list will be the one that unlocks the magic.

Sometimes you don't need another course written by someone who really doesn't get it, regardless of how great they are at selling it to you - sometimes you need someone to cry to, someone to share your frustrations and fears with and someone who has your back, with no judgement and not shade.

You don't need another spreadsheet, another podcast or another person telling you to "just write it down" or "use a planner"...

You just need to sit down with someone who gets it and say:

**"This is what's happening. I don't know what to do."**

And then we work it out.

Maybe you're buried in admin. Maybe you've got 47 ideas and no idea which one to do first. Maybe something in your business just isn't working and you've been staring at it for so long that you can't see the problem anymore.

That's what these sessions are for.

Bring me the mess. We'll talk it through, figure out what's actually going on and work out what needs to happen next.

Sorry, but I won't 🤷
I won't promise you'll make six figures. I won't promise you will reach your goals in 6 months. I won't promise overnight success.
Because no one can honestly promise you that.
What I can promise is this:
✨ Less overwhelm.
✨ More clarity.
✨ Systems that make your business feel lighter.
✨ A plan you can actually follow.
✨ Support that gets you unstuck.
✨ More time spent growing your business instead of just surviving it.
And most importantly, I can promise you will find the joy and passion for your business again ✨ (yes, I like the star emoji 😅)
Success isn't built on hustle alone.
