From the moment I held you in my arms at 17, I knew I was blessed with a love that would grow forever. Even though you may not have had a father figure by your side, I want you to know I never turned my back on you. I stepped up to the plate, took on the role of both parents, and did everything I could to raise you with love, strength, and guidance. Watching you grow into the woman and mother you are today fills me with immense pride. You are my greatest blessing, and my love for you has only deepened through every season of life.

Taking charge of my health 💪✨

Got my breasts checked through — no symptoms, just tenderness, and I’d rather be safe than sorry. Remember, if you’re 40 or over, you can get a free check-up!

Results came back as Category D, dense breasts, and a lump about 2cm was found deep back there. It’s benign, but I’m seeing a specialist for peace of mind since I’ve been feeling so tender all the time. Ultrasound confirmed the lump — I couldn’t feel it myself.
Switching to wire-free and sports bras to see if it helps. Stay tuned for updates!
Ladies, always prioritize your health — get checked! 💖

It didn’t hurt for me as I have small b***s not sure how it is for larger breasts. But I’m sure it’s bearable! Have you had your puppies checked?
