Had the pleasure of catching up with a legend at this year’s Jim’s Pool Care National Conference 💬☕️

Spent some time (both in and outside the conference) with — and what a top bloke.

You can read his profile to see the franchising and branding credentials, but what you won’t find there is just how genuine and down-to-earth this guy really is. Always willing to share insights, have a real convo, and offer up honest advice.

Wet end of pump has split due to valve been closed - swap out with new one

Saturday morning robot diagnostic and repairs. Sometimes its the simplest things that cause these to malfunction. Tips of the day are to look after it take it out of the pool when done, give it a clean and store out of the sun. And more importantly check your water chemistry high chlorine will destroy these.

Installed a New Zodiac Zt650 media filter with glass media. The old one had served its lengthy time. These filters when installed correctly and maintained definitely last the mile. Summer filtration will be at its best this season for the customer.

Another battle complete. Pools dont always play nice when trying to recover them but persistence pays off in the long run. Whats with the Paver 😂

Direct sunlight has taken its toll on this 6 year old Eq chlorinator. Unable to see display and buttons hard to press. Swap over of User PCB board, new front cover and label and good as new. No need for a replacement in this particular case. Best to keep these units out of direct sunlight. Piece of contact added to reduce the direct heat and sun.
