CASE STUDY
Event Marketing for my restaurant client. I have a client who owns a bespoke upscale European restaurant. Sophisticated and innovative cuisine that absolutely wows their guests. I have been working with them since their launch in 2019 and we have built a very strong organic following with really high retention.
Each winter, we host a series of collaborative wine dinners with local wineries or produce vendors to showcase the incredible quality the area has to offer. In July, we hosted a Truffle Wine Dinner with a local truffière. The owner and farmer had a fantastic story behind his farm which we based as a premise on how we marketed the event. Using this connection, our team visited the farm and took the audience on the journey touring the property and foraging truffles ourselves with the truffle dogs.
This and sharing sneak previews, consistent posts and collaborations with the vendor, we sold out the event.
