If youâve ever heard of Neuroplasticity, and you know all about how the brain can learn, and is continually learning, new things!
But it doesnât just learn 2+2, a new recipe, or how to do yoga.
As a teacher, I am an expert in understanding how people learn, and how to help people get the most out of their learning time, and remember what they have learnt.
The same applies to Joy! If we want to feel more joy, if we want to know the peace that we can have as Christians, we need to not only know it, but actively pursue it consistently.
Does this mean toxic positivity? No. Never ever, will I say that we should not feel, really feel, our emotions, or our feelings as they come up. In fact, the fact that we hold our emotions in our body and replay those same habits over and over is often a major reason behind while we canât feel joy very well in the first place.
Seeking joy, and the giver of joy, should be a fundamental of our lives, because then this can become part of moving towards a more positive mental cycle in our lives.
As a well-being coach and a Christian, I help women find more join their lives, in many contexts. To find out more send me a DM xx
