Today we legally take ownership of our house- the 8 week wait is over. When I can breathe I will be back on board. X

I didn't cast today because I have been working 2 jobs. Both demanding in their own way. I am exhausted. I stopped doing one today because I even missed the sabbat. Back next week ###x

New beginnings, Torn between two, Sacrifice for truth

Ace of Wands-
Is the all-powerful hand offering the wand to the querent. It is a card which symbolises the commencement of new ventures and opportunities. Invariably this creative energy is linked to ambitions and self-realisation- quite often in the arena of career. This seems to have been a focus for the last few readings in one way or another. For others it may be the arrival of a child or pregnancy. Either way it is the initiation of a new beginnings- how does this relate to you- is it still a seed or is it sprouting, like the leaves on the wand itself?
Three of Swords-
The heart is pierced by three swords- and is suffering, because there is too much pressure on this it. If it is the case of romance, it is about the choice between two loves and is inevitably at the expense of one of the three. In an emotional and spiritual sense there is a choice which requires severance and separation- which in turn brings about feeling alienated and cut-off. However, this has a purpose- it is about making and building wisdom- about saying enough and starting afresh. What is it that you are making a choice about?
Hanged Man-
hangs by his foot, not his neck. He chooses to sacrifice himself for three days of facing the underworld, and by doing so he receives enlightenment, as seen by the halo of revelation- as his commune with the dead has given him the Elder Futhark, the key to greater wisdom. There is a strong link between card two and three in that the choice, once made will deliver truth and wisdom. So, the break might be difficult, but inevitably righteous and correct.
SUMMARY- This is the commencement of a new period of opportunities; however, you are faced with making a choice between two loves in order to move forward- this will mean you will need to sacrifice something in order to find truth.
