I can make a major life decision surprisingly quickly.

But give me two almost identical options that have virtually no consequence whatsoever?

Suddenly we’re convening a board meeting. 😂

I’m noticing I do this online too.

Which image?

Which headline?

Which version?

Which button?

Meanwhile, the thing could have been posted half an hour ago.

I’m slowly learning that not every decision deserves the same amount of thinking.

Please tell me you do this too.

Something I’ve become much more interested in lately is where the money around AI is actually moving.

Not the “make $10,000 by Tuesday” rubbish.

The less glamorous stuff is far more interesting.

Companies need real images and data to train AI.

Businesses need people who understand how to use these tools.

New platforms are paying people for tasks that barely existed before.

And entirely new services are being built around what AI can now do.

I’m not interested in pretending every opportunity is a good one.

I’m interested in finding the real ones, trying what makes sense and sharing what I learn.

That’s becoming another part of Building Online at 50.

If that’s something you want me to keep covering, comment AI.

There’s a very specific stage of creating content where you’re no longer improving it.

You’re just fiddling with it. 😂

Change the photo.

Change it back.

Rewrite the first sentence.

Delete it.

Put it back.

Stare at it for another 20 minutes as though some groundbreaking revelation is about to occur.

I’m getting much better at recognising that point.

Sometimes the next step isn’t another edit.

It’s posting the bloody thing.

Anyone else an Olympic-level overthinker before they hit Post?

Tell me I’m not alone. 😂

24/09/2026

Just to be clear…

I did not go to a car wash and have a photoshoot. 😂

That’s exactly why this is becoming so useful.

I can start with an ordinary photo of myself and change the location, clothes, lighting, composition and entire idea around it.

And still look like me.

That’s the part I care about.

Not creating some suspiciously perfect AI woman who vaguely resembles me.

Creating content I can actually use without having to physically create every photograph first.

I don’t think most people have a shortage of content ideas.

I think we have too many of them.

Reels. Stories. Carousels. Hooks. Trends. B-roll. Educational posts. Personal posts. Sales posts…

Then you spend 40 minutes deciding what to create and post absolutely nothing. 😂

So here’s a much simpler question:

What’s ONE thing you could help someone understand today?

Start there.

It doesn’t need to become a content strategy.

It just needs to become a post.

Save this, then the next time you’re stuck, answer that one question.

23/09/2026

There is no shortage of ways to apparently “make money with AI” right now.

And I’m suspicious of about 90% of the internet. 😂

But there are interesting opportunities appearing.

Paid AI training tasks.
Creator platforms.
New ways of selling skills.
Tools that make work faster.
Entirely new services that barely existed a couple of years ago.

So I’m doing what I’ve been doing with everything else:

trying them and finding out what’s actually useful.

When I find something worth sharing, I’ll share it.

Because I’d rather show you what I discover than pretend every new AI platform is the next big thing.

Want me to keep sharing the AI opportunities I find?

Comment AI.

Apparently the rule for showing up online is that you’re supposed to know what you’re doing first.

That’s inconvenient. 😂

Because half of what I’ve learnt has come from actually doing it.

Trying something.

Realising it doesn’t work.

Changing it.

Trying again.

And occasionally wondering why there are three screws left over.

Building Online at 50 isn’t me teaching from the finish line.

You’re watching me build the bloody thing.

And actually, I think that’s far more interesting.

What are you currently figuring out as you go?

22/09/2026

This is where one selfie starts becoming genuinely useful.

Not because AI can make a “pretty picture”.

Because I can take one photo of myself and create content that looks like it was photographed somewhere completely different.

Different location.
Different clothes.
Different composition.

Without needing to actually organise another photoshoot every time I need something to post.

And for someone building online around an already full life, that’s the bit I care about.

If you’ve got an ordinary selfie sitting in your camera roll, start there.

Comment SELFIE and I’ll send you our free Selfie Transformation.

I think one of the easiest mistakes to make online is assuming consistency means more.

More posts.
More photos.
More Reels.
More time spent creating all of it.

I’m starting to look at it differently.

If someone sees your content regularly, starts recognising you and understands what you talk about — you’re showing up.

You don’t need to document your entire life to do that.

Better use of what you already have beats constantly creating from scratch.

Save this one if you’ve been making content harder than it needs to be.

I should have been in bed an hour ago… 😂

Instead, I’ve been fine-tuning the new look for our Diamond Momentum Content System because apparently I have absolutely no ability to say, “Yep, that’ll do.”

One tiny change turns into another… and suddenly it’s nearly 10pm.

At this point, the rollers are doing more work than I am. 😂🍷

But bloody hell, it’s coming together.
