Everyone stop what you are doing and listen to this. This is my favourite song at present and maybe forever. Noga Erez is the visionary behind this incredible sound. To say she blends sounds from different genres and cultures is a massive understatement. Somehow she captures their souls and breathes new life we never knew existed. This music seems to be made for good times; new times and better ones. Times we’ve never seen before. Teach us, mother ❤️

This song reminds me of a different era in Australian music; one when I felt great bands like YouAmI would dominate the global stage and show the world what Australian bands could do. Whether you believe it or not, Lindsay from Frenzal Rhomb, as a triple j host, had a truly awesome argument with Kyle Sandilands, and claimed it was the advent of tv shows like Popstars and Australian Idol that rang the death knell of recording for bands like YouAmI. According to him, they struggled to get a recording contract for a follow up album in that new environment. Whether this is strictly true, you would have to ask the band themselves. If you are speaking with them, tell them I think they are legends ❤️
