Do I have anyone in here who's got YouTube contacts?

Last night I lost access to my YouTube channel. I was locked out receiving multiple emails and security alerts from Google notifying me that there was a new sign in on windows, my phone number and email were removed and my recovery phone number was also changed.

I tried frantically to sign back in but my password was not working. I then searched my channel while signed out and noticed someone had changed my YouTube profile picture, banner and username to "Ripple Foundation." They then began live streaming for approx 1 hour and changed my channel dashboard layout.

I then tried again to recover my account via my backup email and successfully managed to sign back in after losing access to my account for approx 4 hours. I then changed my passwords, 2 factor authentication, updated new phone number and generated back up codes.

Once signed back in, I removed the live streamed video, changed my profile picture and banner and hoped I wasn't going to lose access again. I took multiple screenshots all throughout the process as evidence to use.

Just woke up this morning to this notification. What should I do?
