Jay and I work hard. Long hours, weekends, after-hours — sometimes it feels like we work, work… and then work some more! 😂
But there’s a bigger reason behind it.
My ultimate dream is to build both our businesses Johnson and Mongan accountancy and Jm Envision Designs  into something big enough that, one day, we can employ our own children and create more jobs right here in our little town.
Imagine building something big enough that our kids, my kids, your kids, don’t have to leave the town they grew up in just to find work.
Imagine creating opportunities locally so families can stay close together — if that’s what they choose.
For me, success isn’t just about how much money a business can make. It’s about what that opportunity.
Maybe one day our kids will want absolutely nothing to do with our businesses 😂 and that’s perfectly okay too!
But imagine being able to give them the choice.
To build something from the ground up that could one day help our children, other local kids and local families build their futures right here at home!
