This week we have been very quiet because I’ve got mastitis since Wednesday🫠It was horrible and I have got a high temp with flu-like symptoms. My left b00b is so sore and I have been on antibiotics for a few days until it kicked in. I am still monitoring the mastitis and hopefully I don’t need to get the iv antibiotics from the hospital. Any tips to avoid mastitis in the future?
