Our Story

Dancing Divas is an Indian fusion dance group. Dancing Divas perform a fusion of classical, Bollywood, folk and western dance styles. The dance group also holds regular dance classes for children and adults teaching Bharatanatyam (South Indian Classical Dance) and Indian fusion dance at Hobart and Launceston.

Dancing Divas has been performing in various events across Tasmania including the Moonah Taste of the World, Moonah Taste of the Future, Queen’s Baton Relay, Dark M**o and Taste of Tasmania.

The group conducts regular workshops at schools, childcare centres and general workshops at various locations across Hobart for people of all age groups. The key mission of Dancing Divas group is to spread the joy and fun of Indian dancing to people across Tasmania.
