We're pleased to share that Saturday's screening of Uncaged will now be followed by an exclusive Director's Cut screening of our most recent short film 'Look to Tomorrow', which was produced for the Apple Box Studio 48-Hour Short Film Competition.

This double screening will still be followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers.

Uncaged (Day 2)

Day two was our exterior shoot, entailing simpler shots and a smaller crew.

The biggest challenge was the weather, with rain often disrupting our scenes, and actors having to hide undercover between takes. There were lots of umbrellas, and a few towels to dry surfaces.

After a delayed start due to weather, it was actually a fun day thanks to the whole team embracing the unpredictable Tassie weather.

There were lots of laughs making it a memorable day! 🛵

Uncaged (Day 1)

Day one was without a doubt the most challenging, from complex scene setups and tight schedules to bringing together a crew who were working together for the first time.

With 40+ people on set, there were a lot of moving parts and keeping everything running smoothly was no small feat. A huge shoutout to our wonderful 1st AD, Anisha, for championing an efficient, organised and positive set, keeping everything moving in the right direction and making a seriously demanding day feel manageable.
