First time sharing the stage with my elder daughter.
Performed a Luk Hap Lo Han Kyun with my elder daughter in a Moon Festival dinner. This form is a beginner form without complex moves. Suit for all ages. Preserve our culture, keep passing on.

Demonstrating Waang Laan Ceong 橫欄槍 Diu Jyu Ceong 釣魚槍 are Choy Lee Fut spear move in sparring.
The sparring was used safety weapon with protections.

陰陽棍 jam jeong gwan. A technique in Choi Mok Pai 蔡莫派bo staff. We uses to train a with a 7ft hardwood bo staff thousands times. To build the power. It can be used to strike low (leg), middle(hand) and top (head).

We use a safe bo staff and helmet in our sparring. It is a trade off between mobility, and safety.
