📢 Most people think housing is already a human right in Queensland. It’s not.
Right now, over 2,400 people are sleeping rough in Brisbane — and thousands more are in tents, cars, motels, or bouncing between couches.

Not because they’ve failed. Because the system has.

And while our laws protect things like health, education and privacy - they don’t recognise the right to a safe place to live. No legal guarantee. No obligation. No safety net.

Most people assume that right already exists - but it doesn’t. And when leaders fail to act morally, we need to demand they act legally. That’s why we’ve launched a formal petition to add the right to housing to Queensland’s Human Rights Act - in line with international law.

Because education, health and safety mean nothing when you’re living in a car.

Because dignity starts with shelter.

Because housing shouldn’t depend on luck, charity, or political will - it should be the law.

As we can all see we have learnt nothing since back in the Goodna girls Day regarding children and keeping them safe join Kerryn and I live hear next Friday as we open up about about Broken Systems we will starting now and wait for our station app to be finalised

so I decided to start a community radio station called Broken Systems QLD!
Now that is my part of the station/podcast,
I also wanted to give our community there own voice, a place to put your event or new venture or just information sharing. In fact we want to have a very diverse amount of conversations,
