North Central Review

North Central Review An independently-owned media company featuring community and sports news from North Central Victoria. We have a three strikes you’re out policy.

The North Central Review is an independently-owned media company based in Kilmore, Victoria. We publish two free community newspapers each week – The North Central Review and Whittlesea Review. Both newspapers include news on council-related matters, politics, crime, events, community groups, sport, plus features on health, business, lifestyle, auto, family, food and entertainment, and real estate

. Our newspapers are distributed each Tuesday one of Victoria’s fastest-growing regional areas on the fringe of Melbourne’s north. Local newspapers are the heartbeat of their community, engaging the public on important issues specific to the area. Newspapers also provide a platform for all – organisations, businesses, clubs and the public – to contribute to discussion on matters that affect the community. As the only form of media dedicated to covering the entire Mitchell Shire, the North Central Review is a trusted source of news for the community. We also cover news in parts of the Macedon Ranges, while news from the City of Whittlesea is detailed in the Whittlesea Review. Our publications are produced by staff in Kilmore, who pride themselves on their connection with their local communities, ensuring residents are kept up-to-date with what matters most to them in their home towns. The North Central Review continues to be a voice for the community, carrying on a tradition set by local newspapers in Kilmore since 1855. As well as our newspapers, we file digital content to our website and regularly post to social media. Our sister company, Newspaper House Printing (NHP) provides a wide range of commercial printing and graphic design products to help promote your business brand and products.
