Another outstanding job done by the JETSTREAM ELECTICAL team who installed the massive mirrorball and new lighting in time for Mardi Gras at Throb…and what a night it was!
THANK YOU JETSTREAM!

We are proud to wake up today to the news that Darwin is now the new Northern Aviation Hub. We featured this Mighty Idea conceived by James Pawluk, The McKell Institute's Executive Director, Superannuation and Universal Ownership, in the latest Resident Frontier Living Annual Edition 2021-22.
Read all about this and other Mighty Ideas we feature for economic growth in the Territory. These include Net Zero sustainability for the Territory by Harnessing Nuclear and Solar Energy, both abundant resources right here in the Territory, building Greenhouses to make remote communities self sufficient and the model for a regenerative future, ‘Doughnut Economics' by Professor Kate Raworth at Oxford University’s Environmental Change Initiative.
Resident has always been the Territory magazine with progressive ideas for a quality lifestyle in the Northern Territory. Get your copy at Greater Darwin Newsagents, Katherine Newsagency and the Qantas Club Lounge today and be inspired.

Hey All Resident Fans, just letting you know that Resident is still being delivered to letterboxes throughout Greater Darwin. The COVID lockdown week in Darwin happened when delivery was about to start and things don't go according to plan as we have found out during these COVID times and this being the first in a year for the Territory. If you have not yet received your copy and want to get one, Resident is also available at most Newsagents and they would greatly appreciate your business.

Being in Lockdown is never any good! But there is one thing that may brighten your day - having the New Resident Frontier Living Annual Edition, delivered to 25,000 homes in Greater Darwin and to 3000 homes in Alice Springs. What better time to put down your phone and for some, picking up this novel thing called a magazine for the first time. It has been a year, give or take a week, that the Territory has been COVID free, so let this new Resident Frontier Living Annual Edition be the one that celebrates we Territorians containing this pandemic LONGER and BETTER than ANYWHERE in the WORLD. There was a possibility that Resident would not have been published again due to circumstances of the pandemic. So we were thrilled when our efforts to reinvigorate Resident, at the 11th hour, with a new look and printing and distribution, on a scale that was pioneering, has materialised. Make sure the only sign on your letterbox is your house number until 2 July and please share with others to enjoy this special new home delivered edition. Thank you, from your Editors, Tim Palmer and Mark Marcelis.
