I had an incredible and dissociative experience during the sound meditation at today - I had a screaming headache, felt car sick and I left my body ~ I’ve never experienced that before from a sound meditation 🧘‍♀️

I’ve started working in a private psychiatrists clinic- your mental health cards are on the front counter with a new affirmation every day for my patients 💝

My next manifestation is to show the Dr that live sound baths are way better for psychedelic therapy than audio recordings 🎶 🍄 💉
