With only 24hrs to explore Pairs we defiantly made the most of it!

7:30 AM: Rise and shine, even after a slight sleep-in. You Can’t escape that tradie body clock even in another country, haha!

7:50 AM: Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, and OMG the jams, pastries, and COFFEE... Divine!

9:00 AM: A leisurely stroll along the River Seine, soaking in the stunning architecture, history, and culture.

9:50 AM: Notre-Dame Cathedral visit—unfortunately, it’s still under refurbishment from an electrical fire in 2019. Instead, we explored the immaculate ruins beneath. Definitely worth it!

10:30 AM: Walk from Notre-Dame to the Pantheon, feeling like we’ve stepped into a Hunchback of Notre-Dame scene with incredible 12th-18th century Gothic architecture.

10:57 AM: Explore the stunning Pantheon and its crypts. A must-see experience!

1:00 PM: Quick R&R at the hotel bar before a 3-hour tour of the historic Chateau de Versailles, the palace of Marie Antoinette.

6:00 PM: Enjoy a refreshing drink on the rooftop with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower before preparing for the evening’s adventures.

7:00 PM: Dinner time!

7:30 PM: Sip on French Champagne and enjoy a traditional French Cancan performance at the iconic Moulin Rouge. A Paris must!

11:40 PM: Late-night crepe and wine under the Eiffel Tower—it doesn’t feel that late!

12:00 AM: Take one last stroll beneath the shimmering Eiffel Tower as you head back to your hotel.

The water and especially the Ocean will always be my second home, my place of rejuvenation and clarity, my Zen. From an early age it has always been the place I go to whenever I’m an out of balance in any way.. and to have found an amazing husband who shares this same connection is incredible. Recently we introduced our littles ones to the wonders of snorkelling and I am so ecstatic that they are beginning to understand our love for the ocean while finding their own love for the ocean and all it holds!

If you haven’t discovered Jervis Bay in NSW yet, with white sands, tranquil turquoise waters that a crystal clear, and marine parks that full of marine life! What are you waiting for?

It is the perfect place for beginner and experienced snorkellers alike!

Sometimes all you need is a little adventure, to be surprised by the incredible places that you will discover!

Icing sports injuries or in my case work injuries is the best thing as it helps reduce the inflammation and in turn helps alleviate the pain.

2 years and 2 surgeries in I love my dead sea knee wrap from Brookstone.. It was gifted to me by my amazing friend and I cant get enough of it.

After a big day of pushing my self to get back to full capacity as quick as possible, after spending time with my kids or even just because I’m simply having a rough day I will take my wrap out of the freezer and put it on for 20 minutes and although its not a cure it really does make a work of difference!

Sipping wine and feeling fine!
