In November last year I weighed 145KGs.

Sat infront of you today I weigh 113KGs, a total loss of 32KGs.

When I started I made a promise that when I lose 30KG I would come on social media and talk about how I lost this weight.

What’s next for The Hardmans?

Well, we know what we want to be next… but like we so often encounter, things can change in a heartbeat.

Last week my liver function test skyrocketed forcing my oncologist to stop my medication…

I need to show that my bloods are better this week so I can
A) restart treatment
and
B) continue to our adventure on the Gibb River Road.
