ACSU Member Notice: Frontend Application Cyber Attack Update
December 10, 2025

We are writing to inform you of a recent cyber attack targeting the frontend application of the ACSU Platform. Our security systems detected and contained unauthorized access attempts originating from Chinese IP addresses.

What Happened and Our Response

Upon detection, we immediately launched a comprehensive security audit of our entire system, including a detailed analysis of all server outbound traffic.

Your Data is Safe

We can confirm and guarantee the following critical findings:

• No member details have been compromised.
• No data or privacy leaks have occurred.
• The integrity and security of the member activity history and the underlying database remain intact and secure.

The attack was isolated to the non-critical, publicly-facing elements of our frontend application and did not pe*****te our secure backend infrastructure where member data is stored.

Service Restoration

The ACSU Team is working diligently to bring the frontend service back online. We anticipate full restoration of service very soon.
