That’s exactly what Cath decided to do.

EVER FELT LIKE YOU’RE STUCK ON A WHEEL…
GOING AROUND AND AROUND, WITH NO END IN SIGHT?
That’s exactly where Jayne found herself not so long ago…

A few years ago, Jayne found herself working full-time, managing a mortgage, and trying to keep her head above water. The long hours, stress, and endless juggling eventually led to burnout.

She felt emotionally drained and stuck.

Deep down, though, Jayne knew she wanted more out of life.
More time, more freedom, and more financial security to enjoy the simple things... like travelling, spending time with loved ones, and getting back on her horse for long rides out.

A few years ago, I didn’t even know this world existed.

I knew there were people out there earning an income online but didn't know who, where, what or even how...

I had been looking for a while before I stumbled upon my backup plan.

Now, I get to work from my laptop around school hours, helping other women create extra income online, and still be able to spend my afternoons with the family in the gardens and with the horses.

It’s wild how one decision can shift everything… sometimes it really is about going out of your comfort zone enough to look at what’s around you and what's possible.

Don't just settle.

5 Parenting Styles and the Adults They Create...

Let’s be honest… parenting while working (and burning out) is no easy gig.

But the way we parent today doesn’t just affect today.
It shapes who our children become tomorrow: as adults, partners, and even parents themselves.

Here’s a breakdown I wish more of us knew:

The AUTHORITARIAN (The Bossy Boots)
Rules without connection.
“Because I said so.”
Obedience is demanded, not earned.
👉 These kids grow up great at lying or unable to think for themselves.

• The PERMISSIVE (The People Pleaser)
Connection without boundaries.
Conflict is avoided, every request granted.
👉 These kids grow into adults who expect the world to bend to them, with little self-control.

• The UNINVOLED (The Checked Out One)
No rules, no relationship.
They’re physically there… but emotionally MIA.
👉 These kids often become adults with deep self-worth issues, always chasing the love they missed.

• The HELICOPTER (The Fixer)
Solves everything for them.
No failure, no discomfort, no challenge.
👉 These kids become anxious adults, unprepared for real-world resilience.

• The AUTHORITATIVE (The Calm Leader)
Boundaries with love.
Clear rules. Gentle guidance. Mistakes allowed.
👉 These are the kids who grow into capable, compassionate, and confident humans.

Here’s the truth:
You’re not just raising kids.
You’re raising future adults.
And if you're feeling stretched thin and like you’re running on fumes… you’re not alone.

That’s exactly why I started looking at other ways to simplify my life, be more present and create an income that didn’t drain me.

Because I don’t want to parent from burnout.

I still remember sitting there before the webinar, heart pounding, wondering if I was even the “type” of person who could do this.

Truth? I had a lot of doubt.
Fear.
Hesitation.

I kept thinking… who am I to lead this?

But something shifted when I hit “Go Live.”

Hosting that first webinar wasn’t just a business milestone.
It cracked something open in me.
Confidence I didn’t know I had.
A sense of purpose I hadn’t felt in years.

And when I looked at the chat and saw people engaged, learning, excited, that’s when it hit me:
This isn’t just about a product.
It’s about a path.

A path toward confidence.

Reframing a negative mindset can be a game-changer.

When you flip the script on your thoughts, you open the door to more confidence, abundance, and possibility in every area of life.

🚫 Instead of saying:
• I can’t
• I don’t know how
• I’m scared
• I might fail
• I’m not good at that
• It’s too hard

✅ Try this instead:
• I can learn
• I’ll figure it out
• I can challenge myself
• I can improve
• I’ll work out a way

By focusing on what’s possible instead of what’s hard, you’ll start to boost your self-belief, grow your resilience, and attract new opportunities that match the mindset you’re stepping into.
