✨ PLEASURE CLASS ✨ is back for N**e Recreation Awareness week as this is a topic very near and dear to my heart as 1. Im a naturist myself, and 2. I’m a S*xologist who nerds OUT over anything that helps improve sxual experiences and satisfaction for women & vul*va havers.
Naturist back story… I am force n**e, as is Jesse… Jesse and I actually spent 6 weeks at a naturist camp in 2021 and it was one of the best 6 weeks of my life (I’ll share more on that in an upcoming post this week).
S*xologist perspectives on nudity…
Peer-reviewed evidence links strategic unclothed time to multiple parameters of sxual health:
Regular naturist activity independently predicts higher Body Appreciation Scale scores and markedly lower Social Physique Anxiety in large cross-sectional samples (N = 6 670 and 331), and these body-image gains directly mediate subsequent improvements in self-esteem and life-satisfaction  .
Systematic reviews confirm that positive body image is positively associated with sxual desire, arousal, 0gasmic responsiveness and overall relationship-level sxual satisfaction after controlling for negative body-image factors  
Physiologically, unclothed exposure to natural environments or direct skin-to-skin contact produces significant acute reductions in salivary or serum cortisol (stress biomarker) in meta-analytic data; lower cortisol facilitates the parasympathetic dominance required for ge***al vasocongestion and subjective arousal 
Thermoregulation studies show that minimal or no sleepwear accelerates the nocturnal core-temperature drop that triggers slow-wave and REM sleep, two stages linked to next-day testosterone and libido regulation .
