🚐⚡️ Vanlife Update – So Much Going On! ⚒️🌴

Hey legends! It’s been full throttle behind the scenes at Stay Awesome Vanlife – here’s the latest from the van cave:

🛠️ I’ve been BUSY adding gear, tweaking the setup, and juggling that all-important weight budget like a vanlife magician. First up – added a slick little Vamos folding e-bike to the mix (perfect for those beachside cruisy rides – in croc-safe zones of course 🐊😅).

🚲 Upgraded the 1UP USA rack to a double to carry the new Vamos alongside our two beastly all-terrain e-bikes (both now dual battery with a massive 120km range – trail-ready and tour-tested!).

🪑 Added another exterior picnic table because hey, one just wasn’t cutting it for all the coffees, laptops, and cook-ups on the go.

🚐 Repaired some sneaky hit & run damage to the van (yep, thanks random stranger 🙄), and in the chaos of upgrading to dual water tanks, I even managed to crack a rib (vanlife isn’t all sunsets and smoothies!).

💧 The new setup will let me remove one tank when carrying extra e-bikes – keeping weight legal and layout flexible. Also made the Duetto hot water system plug-and-play, so I can easily add or remove it based on travel plans.

🎥 Haven’t posted many videos lately as all this work’s been taking up every spare minute – but trust me, the upgrades are worth it and content is on the way!

Well I finally figured it all out for all terrain adventures. Featuring 2 both being and onto the bike rack. This is a dual rack and both bikes have dual battery upgrades for around 120kms range between charges. Both can easily be charged with the van holding a 300W battery. This upgrade took some time and expense but the possibilities are vastly rewarding.

My van was damaged by a hit and run driver on the Esplande in Manly. Obviously backed into it and just took off. Busily buying parts off eBay and planning how to correct the body damage. The plan maybe to remove some of my internal vanbuild and use an inflatable football to pop the major dints out. Time to invest in some external cameras and added reflective strips. Karma will deal with the culprit.
