🇺🇸 ROCKSTAR RESPONDS AFTER GTA VI GAMEPLAY LEAK

Rockstar Games has issued its first public statement after days of unauthorised GTA VI gameplay footage appearing online, calling the leaks “heartbreaking” for its development team.

A person or group calling itself CyberLeek has claimed responsibility, while Rockstar’s parent company Take-Two is seeking information to help identify the source.

GTA VI is still scheduled for release on 19 November.

Police are investigating the theft of 320 aquaculture bags containing juvenile Sydney rock oysters worth an estimated $350,000.

The oysters were taken from a farm near Taree earlier this year—and still need another four to six months of growing before they’re ready for sale.

The New York Sun began a six-part series claiming that English astronomer Sir John Herschel had discovered life on the Moon.

Over the following days, readers met lunar bison, blue goats, miniature zebras, upright beavers—and finally, winged bat-men.

It was complete nonsense, but readers bought it and newspapers around the world reprinted it.

Fake news was taking the p**s long before social media. 🌙
