🥰 One of the things I love most about te reo Māori is that it’s a phonetic language.

So once you learn the sounds, you can read and pronounce ANYTHING! 🙌🏽

We’ve read our books so many times now, I honestly don’t know whether my tama is reading or just reciting from memory 😅

So recently we joined the local library, and every week we pick out a fresh stack of pukapuka to bring home.

📚 It’s quickly become one of our favourite little routines. Little man loves choosing the books and checking them out with his own library card.

Since it’s become such a regular part of our week, I thought, why not add some reo Māori in there too?
