The operating model is the same either way: what it remembers, which rules it follows, where it stops and asks you. The connectors and tools change to suit the environment you're already in.

That's the difference between a chat window and an operating system. One of them keeps a record of what you told it and applies it to everything that comes after.

Now something happens on a call. Who moves it from one to the next? You do. You always do. The tools got better and the hand-offs didn't go anywhere, they just landed on you.

Getting good at prompting is worth doing, and it takes you further than most people get.

Then you hit the wall, and the wall is always the same. It doesn't remember you, so you re-explain. It can't do anything, so you move the output by hand. It doesn't know what's already been decided, so it contradicts you.

None of that is a prompting problem, which is why better prompting doesn't fix it.
