We made an ad in 3 days. Concept to Final Cut.

Pre-production is the part nobody wants to talk about, but it’s the reason we hit that timeline. Everyone wants to talk about gear, lighting, color grading, the fun stuff. Nobody talks about the boring planning session that actually saves the shoot.

Without structure, a shoot day turns into chaos fast. You’re burning daylight figuring out shots on the spot, the client’s watching you scramble, and everyone’s energy drops. With a plan, shot list locked, timeline mapped, every person knowing their role before we even show up, the whole day just flows.

Reshoots are every filmmaker’s worst nightmare…

The first edit felt off. Something wasn’t clicking, and we knew we couldn’t send it. So we scrapped it, went back to the drawing board, and locked in a clearer structure and vision before the reshoot. Sometimes you have to get it wrong first to so you know exactly what to do next time and not make that same mistake.
