We view this moment in Australia’s history as extremely important; noting that it represents the end of 57 continuous years of the most pervasive and dominating mass media platform to date. Tele Visions seeks to engage artists, communities and the public in pulling apart the cultural and technological phenomenon of TV in its dying moments. Tele Visions is an experimental intervention of the TV medium in the last days of analog TV in Australia. The Tele Visions program will include; art works devised specifically for TV broadcast with a live studio audience, curated screening program, talks, panels and critical writing. Tele Visions is presented by Performance Space as part of their 30th anniversary. Tele Visions is supported by the Interarts Board at the Australia Council for the Arts, Metro Screen, Performance Space, 107 Projects and TVS.

Tele Visions Afterlude - now exhibiting in Albury until April 17th, as part of the national tour of Recharge: Experimenta Media Arts 6th International Biennial of Media Arts. Our 'Tele Visions Afterlude' installation will be up at The Lock Up Newcastle until August 9th as part of Experimenta: Recharge - do get along and see a channel surfing re presentation of some of the historic & experimental arts broadcast we set out to produce at the end of analog television in 2013!
