THE LOVE CATS: It’s the most important day of the year - International Cat Day! Yep, you caught us. At Ruby Assembly, we’re basically a cat appreciation society masquerading as a digital marketing agency. Our Slack channel? 90% cats. The other 10%? Arguably still cats. 🐱

Our excellent crew is certified feline-obsessed, and honestly, our cats are furious we only give them the spotlight once a year. An absolute disgrace.

HYPE GIRL: Look, we enjoy a bit of hype. It's an aspect of what we do at Ruby Assembly - supporting professional services in tricky categories - to express what they do to their right audience of clients and referrers. But when it comes to AI in the law, there's hype-aplenty but... not that much real use of tech being used for better outcomes. More than anything, it is a verboten kind of tech lawyers are told not to touch. FINALIST: It is so heartening to be acknowledged as a Finalist in the in the category of Ally Advocate. Being deeply embedded in Australia’s legal category whilst not being a lawyer can occasionally be fraught with ‘othering’. So it is with great joy that I look forward to celebrating on awards night on the 25th of July in Brisbane with peer colleagues Susan Hamilton-Green of , Megan Caines, Divina Naidu Moodley of and Lauren Cassimatis of AccS(Crim).
