IT'S FOR EVERY BODY: Proud to announce that at Ruby Assembly, we’re supporting the Australian Unions Member Benefits’ campaign and will be incorporating reproductive health leave entitlements into our employee contracts.

Reproductive health affects every body, and it is appropriate workplaces reflect that reality. The campaign calls for 10 days paid reproductive health leave and flexible work rights for all workers—covering everything from menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause to fertility treatments, miscarriage, and preventative screenings. This is about supporting wellbeing, fostering inclusivity, and closing the gender pay gap.
