Don’t over extend yourself.
If someone doesn’t reach out, don’t invest energy there. If you sense a lack of interest, don’t invest energy there. If you feel avoidance or hesitation, don’t invest energy there. You are exhausting yourself, let it go. You are valuable, deserving, and worthy— be cautious of where you direct your energy. Don’t take their lack of effort or interest personal, it’s on them. Not everyone has the capacity to love and care like you do, it’s not your fault. Your energy is sacred, don’t limit yourself!

Sometimes, love doesn't win. Sometimes beautiful things end because you outgrow another human being, sometimes love becomes too heavy to hold - the potential and the lessons and the evolution have reached a threshold, there is nowhere else to place your hope. However, that is not something you should deem a failure or something that should break your heart. That is something to celebrate. You managed to care for someone in the deepest way, and you grew one another into human beings who are going to go off into this world and change other people with that love. You did all that you could for one another, and instead of forcing something that wasn't working or fulfilling you anymore, you chose to walk away. You chose to release your grip, to believe that there were other things in store for your hearts. There is bravery in that.

Don't be so hard on yourself for feeling lost, confused, or like you haven't achieved all that you wanted to achieve.
Life would be boring if you'd done it all already, if you had no more room to grow or things to learn. Be patient.
You'll eventually figure it all out, and everything will make perfect sense. Every experience will get you to where you are supposed to be. Every loss, every heartbreak, and every mistake. Don't be afraid to mess up, and don't expect success overnight. Get lost; get so damn lost and find yourself over and over again. Believe in yourself, forget about what other people think, and trust your journey.
