Looking for Transcriptionist Contractors!!!
acuteTranscribe_ is a premium supplier of transcription services providing medico legal reports, healthcare dictations & reports, PhD interviews, university lectures. Our Clientele includes surgeons, healthcare companies, law firms and university clients.
We are seeking a pool of contractors to assist with the provision of audio transcription services.
As a transcriber, you will listen to single surgeon’s audio recordings to multiple speakers in one audio, legal arguments audios, interviews and simple conversations strictly adhering to style guides and produce accurate transcripts.
Each day you will encounter new and diverse content and have opportunities to apply and expand your general knowledge.
About you:
You probably love to read. You have a commendable medical and legal vocabulary and wouldn’t mind embellishing it with some more niche medical & legal terminology. You type with ease, and with excellent spelling and grammar. You would like flexibility in your lifestyle, and to earn an income doing something interesting that enhances your knowledge and skills.
You can choose your availability at your own discretion. Services are generally available for contractors to accept, subject to their availability.
The ideal contractor will have:
• Typing speed of 60 wpm +
• ABN (Must Have)
• Excellent English vocabulary and grammar
• Excellent reading comprehension
• Ability to use computers, and proficiency in MS Word
• A Windows computer or willingness to obtain
• Australian citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency
• Residency in Australia
• Prior experience in audio transcription is an advantage but not essential.
