You never really know the weight someone’s carrying. What they’ve been through. What they’ve seen, or heard, or lived. All you get is what they let you see—if they’ve even got the strength left to show you anything at all.

Most heroes don’t wear capes. Most of the battles worth fighting are fought inside. We all wrestle with demons—things we regret, things we wish we could control but can’t, things that break us down when nobody’s watching.

Sometimes the loudest sound is silence. Sometimes the toughest armor is just a smile.

So before you throw out that cheap shot, that sarcastic crack, remember—you’ve got your own ghosts too. And maybe, just maybe, one act of kindness could flip someone’s whole world around.

I get it wrong more often than I get it right. But I’ll keep trying.

So love someone today. And maybe, if the road’s kind, someone will love you back.

After careful consideration, the Twist the Throttle podcast has decided to step back from this Saturday’s Mental Health Matters ride. While we’re no longer aligned with the direction it’s taken, we want to acknowledge and respect the time and effort that’s gone into bringing the event to life.

We still believe in the power of community coming together for mental health awareness, and we continue to support the incredible work being done through Dolly’s Dream — a cause close to many of our hearts.

The ride will still kick off from the Highway Lounge as planned, and we genuinely wish the organizers and everyone involved every success on the day.
