Just over two months ago, I was stuck in a pretty dark place, battling with drugs, alcohol, and ni****ne. But this past Sunday, I hit a major milestone and crushed my first HYROX session. It’s honestly crazy to see how far I’ve come.

Looking back, it’s wild to think about how much has changed in such a short time. Getting clean and turning my life around felt impossible, but now I’m feeling stronger, healthier, and more in control than ever before. A huge part of this transformation has been the online business I got involved with. It’s been a game changer for my mindset, my health, and my future. Today, I tackled the 1000 Steps in the Dandenong Ranges. The hike, known for its steep incline, provided a challenge right from the start, but the stunning views of the rainforest kept me motivated. Reaching the summit was incredibly rewarding, offering breathtaking panoramic vistas. What an unreal performance last night at the Pelly Bar! You had the whole crowd at your fingertips throughout your set; everyone was singing along and having a great time. It was truly amazing, and I would have to say the best live performance I have witnessed to date. An amazing night spent with the family for my old man's birthday! After having a bit of a rough day, I thought it was only fitting to play the clip of 'Better Days'!
Tomorrow is a new day, and what has happened today will be behind me. I'm still sober, still strong, and still striving to be the best version of myself. LET'S FU***NG GO 🚀

AS ONE DOOR CLOSES, A NEW ONE OPENS!

Today I trained for the last time at Pelican park recreation centre, the gym I have been training at for the past few years. My training took a big step in the right direction while using this facility. I learned a lot about myself and who I would like to become!
I learned that hard work, consistency, and determination pays off. I learned about healthy eating habits and better sleep patterns. I spent a lot of hours in this place grinding it out, getting some amazing results in the process. So until we meet again, my friend, this is goodbye 👋
My fitness journey doesn’t stop there though. After my final session at Pelican Park today, I drove straight down to Anytime Fitness Hastings and signed an 18-month contract. I am looking forward to the flexibility Anytime Fitness has to offer. I am looking forward to training before work. I am looking forward to being able to make better gym content to show you all my journey!
Stay tuned because I am stepping it up a level this year. The body is going through a big transformation. The content quality is going to be better than ever before. See you there 💪🏽
