HAVE YOUR SAY! Yah or Nah?
Not long ago we decided to settle down in regional Australia after having the most amazing time travelling seeing Australia. Life and the way we saw it shifted after Coddiwompling. It was magical. We became more intentional, more appreciative and over all more happy. We realised how much we used to rely on the system.. a system that is flawed.
That insight has flowed into our everyday living. We live more, love more and create more. Nature regenerated us. Time together reunited us.
The day's that used to be spent worry about the future, stressing over health, wondering how to make the most out of very little money, are long gone. Now my day's are now spent looking forward to the future, cooking yummy meals that cost less and nourish us more. Creating gardens that are food for the body and soul. And crafting things to give them new life.
You see over the last few months its has dawned on me that for 35+ years of my life I kept waiting for the right time... the right amount of financial stability, the right property, the right community, the right supports and most of all the courage to flip our lifestyle in the complete opposite direction from what we had built.
It turns out there is not "right time", you have to make the time, take the leap and buckle down on your convictions. We are living in such uncertain times. With so many opinions weighing in on how to live our lives and what to aim for. But its us thats living our life and yours that is living your life. Only you can decide what brings you happiness.
I digress, its the battle in my head that says lock it down, keep your peace and privacy. The other part says scream it from the roof top, show others that you can create a life that you can enjoy despite the measly finances, despite not having the 10 acre homestead or the latest gadgets.
Is this a journey you would like to follow?
Does this light a little spark of curiosity?
I don't sell anything. I dont own a business.
I don't have sponsorship. I'm just a mum recreating life with her husband for her family. On a small buget, with a decent amount of debt. Chronic Illness. No aesthetic white kitchen or perfectly curated content but I do have a whole lot of tenacity, positivity and curiosity that i intend to pour into in life.
