My favourite transition videos will always be the ones where I put on the clothes I used to squeeze into... and now they're practically falling off me.

Not because of the number on the scale.
Not because of how I look.

But because they remind me of how far I've come.

The frustration.
The self-doubt.
The days I wanted to quit.
The moments I wondered if anything was changing.

Progress is strange when you're living it. Some days you don't see it at all. Then one day, you pull on an old outfit and realise you're carrying a lot less than you used toβ€”physically and mentally.

These moments hit differently because they tell a story no before-and-after photo ever could.

Keep going. The small choices add up, even when it doesn't feel like it.

A walking pad has honestly been one of the best things I've added to my routine. πŸ‘£

No need to find extra time for a workout, battle the weather, or leave the house. I can jump on for 10–20 minutes while working, watching TV, or listening to a podcast and those steps add up fast.

What I love most is that it makes movement feel easy and achievable, even on busy days. It's not about being perfectβ€”it's about staying consistent.

Small daily habits create big results, and sometimes it starts with simply taking a few extra steps. πŸ’ͺ✨
