🧘 Yin Yoga is on tonight at 7pm with the gorgeous Amy Hobbs 🌿 - there's still space and the booking link is through the bio.

Christine is coming back for a We Sing in October. 🎶

Amy Hobbs 🌿 sound healing | reiki | wellness
Amy, Nicole and I will be collaborating for an afternoon of deliciousness. Sound healing, Yin Yoga and a guided visualisation. And as always, a connection cuppa.

Good morning 💜

A little update from Hey Merci Moana.

Tonight we have Yin Yoga 🧘 at 7pm.
There are a couple of mats still available.
Come along to experience this restorative magic. ✨

We Gather Women's Circle is happening on Thursday between 12.30 - 3pm. ❤️‍🔥
We do intuitive card sharing, always a highlight. 🃏 It's unbelievable how aligned the cards are.
I lead a themed conversation. We learn from each other as we share, it's beautiful.
Then a guided visualisation where you snuggle in on the bed like mat with a blanket, earphones and an eye pillow. Blissful. ✨
The women who come love these circles, they return over and over.

Next Wednesday August 26th, I'm running an online info session about the Rest & Receive Immersion.
So if you have a twinkling of desire to come along and have questions, you can jump onto that session. 🏝️

Life is lifing 🎢💔💜

Welcoming women into my space with my lightest loving energy is always my intention. ✨

At the moment, there are some things happening that require me to preserve my energy for others and also protect it for myself.

Which is why there isn't heaps happening at Hey Merci Moana.

What is happening is...

🧘 Yin Yoga Monday nights until the end of August.
👭 We Gather Women's Circle next Thursday afternoon.

Heads up about a very special We Gather in September with special guest guide, Nikki Nikki | Nervous System Specialist who will be sharing how to mentally welcome in a Spring Reset. More info soon.
