2025 BRISBANE TRUCK SHOW SMASHES ATTENDANCE RECORD

The Brisbane Truck Show has confirmed its position as Australia’s largest industry exhibition and the biggest truck show in the Southern Hemisphere, with the 2025 show drawing a record-breaking 54,790 attendees, beating the previous high of 42,855 in 2023.
The Brisbane Truck Show, recognised internationally amongst the world’s leading industry business events, is owned and operated by national industry association, Heavy Vehicle Industry Australia (HVIA), who have produced the Show, on behalf of members and the broader industry, for over fifty years.
The event promises the biggest line-up of trucks, trailers, components, equipment and technology in the Southern Hemisphere – all of the big brands under one roof.

The Brisbane Truck Show 2025 concluded on a high note, shattering attendance records and showcasing an impressive array of heavy vehicles across South Bank and the Convention Centre.
The event featured Kenworth’s latest models, including the flagship T909 with a Euro 6 engine and expanded bunk option.
Isuzu also revealed a comprehensive revamp of its truck lineup. Furthermore, the show’s Tech Tours program, which included sold-out sessions, highlighted cutting-edge technologies.

Completed the Custom Powered Draw System installation within my Subaru Outback for stowage & Aux power accessories and to charge equipment.

The system receives power from both direct and OEM auxiliary circuits via a custom labeled Switch Boss relayed DPDT 3-way 7-pin switch, allowing it to draw power from two circuits. This setup powers a combination of multiple Switch Boss outlets including Voltage meter, Type C QC/PD USB alongside auxiliary power and Anderson outputs to power fridges, laptops & other various devices simultaneously.

Additionally, integrated Stedi Rock Lights as Automatic Tailgate illumination with override which are powered by both a direct circuit and an OEM auto-dimming circuits through an other Switch Boss custom designed DPDT switch and relay.

Should anyone be interested in undertaking a similar, I can assist with installations or if you wish take a chance of DIY, remembering there is critical additional information which is crucial before starting & including electrical installation must be completed by an Certified Licensed Auto Electrician .
